I've been planning and scheduling EPCM projects since 1976. Started in the steel industry with blast furnaces, coke oven batteries and continuous casters. I have worked on light rail transit systems and highways too. currently working for Alcoa in various roles. 

Matthew’s first project for the Building Services sector of NG Bailey. Supporting his Senior Planning Engineer, Matthew helped to produce and track the Commissioning phase of the project for this iconic West London building.

Comprising of 5 new-build office blocks, this M&E contract for Sir Robert McAlpine saw Matthew assisting the Senior Planning Engineer with the planning and reporting of progress and productivity of in-house and sub-contract labour.

A large office new-build on the north bank of the Thames in London, Matthew’s role was to assist the Senior Planning Engineer in the day-to-day management of the M&E programme. Using Asta Powerproject, Matthew’s duties would include marking up installation drawings, updating and inputting progress into Asta Powerproject, analysing critical paths and producing short-term lookaheads along with the Engineering team.

Under the UK Government's 'Building Schools for the Future' scheme, NGB were appointed to provide the mechanical and electrical services for various schools across London.  Managing the programmes utilising Asta Powerproject, Matthew was responsible for monitoring and reporting progress and productivity for schools in Catford, Sedgehill, Greenford and Stoke Newington.
