Perform delay analyses, evaluate and discuss with the Contract Manager about entitlement to Claim for Extension of Time and Cost by performing delay analyses techniques in accordance with AACEI 29R-03 FSA and SCL Protocols.

Analyze critical path and project constraints to determine effect of changes to project schedule and conduct analysis to determine alternative courses of action to recover the slippage.

Support project managers to maintain timely and effective change management processes, procedure and systems.

Responsible for inspection of all local government projects to ensure Contractors/Sub-Contractors compliance with the plan specifications and standards for the project.

Evaluation of Contractors claims for billing and comparing to the actual Project accomplishment, reports deviations and give recommendation to the immediate supervisor (City Inspector) / City Mayor prior to the release of Contractors payment.

Responsible for presenting estimated project cost and program of work to City Mayor prior to releasing budget for local project. Site inspection and supervision of local contractors, evaluating contractor’s monthly invoice and negotiation with contractors for any variation claims.

Review Contractor’s Work in accordance with the project plans and specifications. Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Responsible for site visit prior to preparing cost plan/estimate, prepared detailed quantity take-off. Close monitoring of contractor progress at site and direct reporting of project status to Project District Director.
