I am almost new in planning, but I have worked in a company, in which I was required to plan a project about a huge building of a rolling mill factory.

Manufacturing Planning. 8 years of experience in Semicondutor and machines building industories.

·          Identified project activities and prepared project master time schedule using MS Project and MS Office according to the contract and in coordination with engineering, design, construction and procurement sections.

·          Sent inquiries for gathering of quotations, cost comparison and recommendation of subcontractors.

·          Prepared and maintained project specific programs for all current projects.

·          Prepared procurement and engineering programs to ensure timely placement of applicable PO's and engineering submittals.

·          Communicating with the contractors and stakeholders the project schedule requirements, objectives and responsibilities for effective project execution

·          Advise Resident Engineer of adverse design, schedule, man-hour and cost variation, if any, and its impact on the project and actions required to maintain target completion dates.

·          Developed a master database for the projects by collecting all the relevant information required about each project, including but not limited to, resources, schedule and current status and maintains the database by updating the data regularly.

·          Prepared project schedules in consultation/agreement with all sections involved.
