• Scheduling for Pre-Development Stage i.e Design Management, Cost Management, Authority Approval, and Procurement Management
• Review and analysis schedule and resource plan submitted by contractor
• Review and analysis progress report and chronology of events submitted by contractor
• Prepare progress report to the Executive Commitee and Client
• Review, analysis and recommend Extension of Time submitted by contractor

Los Angeles Unified School District, School Bond BB Repair. Worked as a Construction Manager on the LAUSD School Bond BB Repair program. Directly managed repair and renovation of fourteen school sites valued at $22M.  Projects included modernization, air-conditioning, new electrical service, safety and technology, playground resurfacing, painting, flooring, lighting, plumbing and electrical packages.

Planning manager to the East Village retrofit accommodation programme to return the Olympic Athletes accommodation back to the public domain.  The site comprises of 2800 accommodation units which are a mixture of market properties, shared ownership and social accommodation units.  Leading a team of 6 planners in the delivery of programme, project control and planning services.  Reporting internally direct to the Head of Programme Delivery and indirectly to the Olympic Delivery Authority. 

Planning consultant to the, 12,000 seated ‘Hydro’ exhibition and concert arena, Glasgow.  Mobilised in the close out stages of the project to provide an accelerated construction and close-out (Primavera) programme.  Introduction of a number of project control tracker tools and overall programme dashboard reports which streamlined the site reporting process and provided Senior Mnanagement and the Client with a realistic prediction of the completion date. 

Regional Planning Manager responsible for programme and schedule management across the Lend Lease construction portfolio ($1.2bn value of construction projects in delivery) in the Victoria Region which include retail, commercial high rise and residential construction projects.
