I have 31 years of planning and scheduling experience on all types of construction and development projects. Much of my experience is in aerospace and the construction of launch facilities for both manned and expendable launch vehicles. Other experience includes, but is not limited to, airports, federal prisons, federal courthouses and a few resorts of various size and shapes. My software of choice is Primavera.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assigned as team head in the preparation of bid proposals.
· Prepare cost estimates, quantity/materials take-off, master schedule, manpower and equipment schedules, bar chart, S-Curve, Pert-CPM, manpower histogram and detailed schedule.

· Prepare a detailed baseline programme with resource loading.
· Prepare/calculate the resources and cost loadings using BOQs.
