·  Provided on-site management and quality control to ensure projects met time and budget requirements, and were built in accordance with contract documents.

Presently working in the capacity of Pr. Planning Engineer & is responsible for, Planning, scheduling, monitoring & Co-ordination of all activities to meet project objectives with the help of various planning tools such as Bar Charts, PERT Network, “S” Curves, Earn Value System, & Control Reports, etc.

Using various planning software packages like “Primavera, MS Project, JPCS” etc. 

Major activities are-

Led & managed a team of 4 Planners & progress chasers involved with different packages of theprojects. Implemented the Performance Management system and conducted reviews/appraisals of teammembers. Implemented & used Management Information Systems in relevant areas of planning and projectmanagement; followed and adhered to ISO 9001:2000 requirements. Develop, Update, Monitor & Report - Project Baseline Schedule to cover all activities of the project tomeet the client’s project goals, objectives

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the jobs’ construction schedules, resource requirements in coordination with the relevant departments across the company.
• Develop and maintains status reports including labor productivity, schedule status, financial analysis, cost performance reports and earned value curves reports.
• Generates monitors and updates construction schedule, resource schedule and cash flow curve of assigned projects
• Coordinates with Cost Control and Construction in the calculation and updating of the Company’s productivity (manpower and equipment) rates
