Leader of the Division with a primary role for development and implementing project cost control systems to manage, control and forecast projects costs as well as to provide to Municipal Engineering Manager the status/progress of all the projects .Duties included:

Main officer for 10,000-Unit housing Project (Offsite works) responsible of organizing and maintaining the best integration between scheduling, cost control and Risk Management functions. Duties included:

Planning, Scheduling, Tracking, Forecasting, Reporting, Claims Handling, contract handling, technical support. 

·         Preparing a tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities BOQ

·         Undertaking detailed take offs in the format to be use within interim or payment applications and Variations

·         Prepared the materials schedule for approval and request for quotation (RFQ).

·         Monitored all materials requested are received and follow up ahead the others to avoid delays.

In charge of supervising the adaptative design and erecting work of several cell manufacturing assembly lines in the plat facilities, including tolls and machines constructed loccally using basic design from USA and Netherlands plants.
