-Report to the Civil Engineer
-Work Closely with site team, to produce the expected outcome each day
-Advice and report progress to Planning Engineer to update site progress
-Oversee ongoing work progress
-Checking Technical Drawings and Design to ensure it is being followed on site
-Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials
-Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to
-Prepare Project Baseline Schedule as per the requirement of Client and make update of same on Weekly Basis using MS Project 2016
-Prepare and Update Cash Flow for the Project
-Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports for the Consultant review.
-Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets
-Supervising Projects: including in house, external contractors and sub-contractors
-Attending meetings and competently communicate with Clients, Contractors and major asset owners and stakeholders
-Prepare a Master Schedule which include schedule of all contractors to monitor progress of each contractor on the overall status using Primavera P6 V16.2 -Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress summary report for top management -Review Delays & Time Extension requests from Contractors -Make site visits each day to monitor work progress -Make weekly update of the project schedule as per the work progress -Work closely with Engineers to solve any issues at site -Work Closely with accounts team to monitor payments of the Contractors
