Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Executing the site work as per drawings, specifications and evaluating the site issues to execute the work as per plan.

·         Estimating manpower and material required for the job.

·         Leads and controls skilled labor and work crews engaged in all activites on the project concerned with civil aspects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Evaluate, organise and prioritise workload within a schedule.

·         Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specification.

·         Conduct inspection to determine all Structural & Architectural works have been done according to approved drawing (IFC) and project specifications.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Plan, coordinate,budget and supervise construction project from development to completion.

·         Complete and manage all RFI’s, change orders, submittals, and etc. Ensure all project team members are fully informed of this information.

·         RO Water Building and Support Building.(Jubail)

·         EXPEC ARC Laboratory Project (Dhahran)                              (Client: SAUDI ARAMCO)

Planning Manager - head of planning in Business Unit, working on tenders and live construction projects including education, offices, leisure, public sector and residential projects.  Covering South West England.

Senior Planning Manager - managing a team of 6 planners in London & South East, working on tenders & live construction projects, mainly residential, but also including leisure and defence.
