- Manage a team of 5 senior planners and 6 planner to create the baseline schedule including the weighting system for the construction projects,

-Preparing EOT claim with all delay analysis incorporating all the changes and the delay analysis

-Establish the revised schedule for the project which incorporating the EOT and maintain the Progress reports (daily, Weekly & Monthly)

- Setting up a system for Quality assurance to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2000
