This role with LOR commenced in the Tender Office at Dartford. During this time I working onthe following bids:

1) Kingsnorth Coal Fired Power Station (Enabling & Main Civils) £100M+

2) Hinkley Nuclear Power Station (Enabling & Mainworks) £200m+

3) Kings Cross Western Range (Kings X Station) £75m+

4) Crossrail Packages (Enabling & Main Works) £100m+

5) Bond Street Station Upgrade £100m+

6) Blackpool Tram System & Depot £40m

Involve in preparation of the tender and contract documents. Responsible for the detailed project planning, budget forecast for work packages, site progress monitoring, resource and labour forecast, liaison with clients and sub-contractors for interfaces and milestones of the project. In-charge for the preparation of Extension of Time claims for all work packages.
