Construction Methdos and Planning Cell - Project Management (Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring) for Airports, Stadium, High Rise Buildings, IT Parks, Bridges and Flyovers

Responsible for development of Project Plan, preperation of deatiled construction schedule for the purpose of progress reporting, schedule controlling and forecasting.

Responsible for quantity surveying, verification and analysis of Vendor and Sub-contractor Bills, co –ordinating with Client for approval of PRW bills and assiting in all commercial related activities.

Responsible for the Planning, monitoring , execution and quality control of the various construction activities desired by the client.

In-depth knowledge of -

•     project management and overall project planning of development process,

•     resources planning,

•     liaison with clients, municipal authorities, consultants and building specialists,

•     preparation of construction and package tender documents, tendering, evaluation and award,

•     design coordination and integration of façade systems in 4D model environment,
