General Responsibilities     Portfolio Management of mega projects on Primavera, preparation of resource loaded construction schedule and plan documents, Updating projects schedule, R&, Annual portfolio reports preparation, presentations, projects Bubble charts and trajectory chart, site visits for monitoring and evaluation of ongoing projects, monthly or periodic reports of all projects, correspondence with stakeholders, R&D of the Project management Tool, hands on training of project management tools like Primavera, project maker, Open workbench, MS project etc.

     Planning the scope and deliverables in a project schedule.
     Develop project-coding structures to establish a standard reporting procedure.
     Forecast the impacts on the Schedule while monitoring the project.

Worked on a Alumina Smelter Project in Siberia. Was responsible for the Reduction Area.

Alumina Smelter Upgrade in Mozambique and South Africa. I was responsible for the detailed planning and timing for the pot upgrades.
