Roles and Responsibilities:

·         To produce Resource and Cost loaded Baseline and recovery programs for various projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia.

·         To produce Tender programs for various projects in UAE, Saudi Arabia and Libya,

·         To produce company’s cash in-flows and out-flows periodically,

Current Role

As a section planner of the construction project I was responsible for planning and coordination of the construction works on the Section 4 of M3 Motorway Clonee to North Kells. Using Ms Project to control the progresses of work, and building and controling of the time schedule.Preparing monthly reports, 3 weeks, months looking ahead programmes. Analyzing costs, materials, resources needed for realization of the project.

As a Project Planner I became responsible for planning and coordination of the construction works on the M3 Motorway for all sections (60 km).Building wide range of Construction Plans, Resource Usage Schedules, Tracking Progresses of The Work, Preparing wide range of Reports, Analyzes. My besic tool is the Ms Project.Duties connected also with Costs Analyzing,Materials Quantities,Resources Allocation. Preparing grafic view of planned works as well as any kind calculations.Possition strictly connected with a Project Management. (Risk Assesment Analyzes, Mile Stones Analyzes, PERT Analyzes)

Part of Bechtel Project Management Organization team.Fortunate to work on different types of projects viz. Villas, Switchyards, Power distribution ,Roads etc.
