•     Assist and Support the Projects Manager in the planning, Execution, and Closing projects. Assist in managing projects within constraints of scope, time, and cost and ensure projects delivered as per the plan and the policy & standard defined.



•     Conducting regular site walk through with the Construction Managers to monitor the construction performance with regards to schedule, safety, cost, quality and conformance with the project contract

•     Supervises and prepares lists of activities to ensure the quality of work and adheres to specification and standards.

•     Prepares daily progress reports.

Prepare baseline schedule of works, Identify critical path, measure and monitor progress actual production rates against budgeted rates.

Prepare resource histograms, cash flow charts, Key performance indicators, various S- curves and other reports in accordance with client requirement.
