Scope: Construction of 4 Basement Floors, 1 Ground Floor, 4 Podium Floors, 63 Typical Floors, 2 Service Floors, 3 Duplex Floors (Pent House) and 1 Health Club i.e. Residential Tower.

Responsible for preparing baseline schedule, detailed construction schedule, impact schedule, recovery schedule, schedule for EOT Claim, etc.
Handling all the activities related to Project Management including C&S, Architectural work, Resources schedule and Progress S – Curve (Physical works), Project cash flow, etc.

Project Engineer for various EPCC contracts that were executed by the Company. Notably ones are first LNG plant in India, expansion of Proctor and Gamble plant and Grass Root Fertilizer plant at Chambal – India and a refinery expansion (CDU unit Indian Oil Corporation Limited plant in India).
Engineering Coordinator for all the projects listed above.
Ensuring that the detail design is inline with Contract Specification.
