Parkstone – Freelance Planner

This was building a Children Hospital in Birmingham. Role and responsibilities included;

GLOSERVE Planning Consulting – Freelance Planner

Worked as part of GLOSERVE, being seconded to the following companies

• RG Carter– University of East Anglia Student Accommodation and a Hotel in Cambridge worth circa £45m - JCT D&B - ASTA.
• Greendale Construction- Covering maternity leave on a GP surgery - £5m refurbishment project. Including building a new wing - JCT D&B - ASTA.

Duties included: -

This was more of office-based overseeing 4 live sites and providing monthly updates and drop lines. Also supporting site when required. These were both NEC & JCT forms of contract and projects included: -

• Lady Margaret Student Accommodation - £12m
• Church Crookham Residential Home in Guildford new build JCT - £10m
• Havelock Mix-use New built Houses Phase 1- £30m
• Fountain Close – new build residential mixed-use site - £25m

Roles and responsibilities included;

ISG PLC – Planner

Amazon Darlington (£120M);

Construction of a new Fulfilment Centre including warehouse, office and welfare space, S38 works, 278 works and all other associated external works.

Grafton Shopping Centre (£40M);

Construction of Energy Recovery Facilities, the works  include  the construction of  all infrastructure,buildings, roads, Building services,offices,workshops,process plant, Turbine, landscaping, security fencing and all associated amenities & facilities. Role and responsibilities included: • Working on live projects to provide scheduling and planning support to project managers and stakeholder• Liaising with sub-contractor to develop
