     Plan, organize, staff, monitor and control the resources for smooth execution of the project

     Liaise with the client, consultants, sub contractors, suppliers for the efficient execution of the project

     Quality Assurance and Quality Control.

     Progress monitoring and control.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

     Overall responsibility for planning and programming of the project from Concept to Handing Over..

     Assist all Construction and Project Managers in the preparation of Construction Programmes, Planning Procedures, Site Logistical Layouts, Appearance Layouts, Progress Monitoring and Reporting throughout the life cycle of the project Coordinate and Liaise with any staff within the organization to ensure planning responsibilities are met.

These businesses comprise: Joinery Facility & Factory, Fit Out Division, MEP Division, Ceilings & Partitions Division including Interiors Fit Out Commercial, Steel Fabrication Factory, Steel Erection and Specialist Installation, Architectural Metalwork, Building Products Division and Special Projects / Property Services Division
