I am a Principal Planner my responsibilities include the planning of a number of contracts either at the tender stage, pre-construction stage or onsite in construction.



In the tender stage I am accountable for the production of high level programmes, method statements for the work, site logistics diagrams and site phasing diagrams.



During the pre-construction phase I am responsible for the production of detailed programmes with design and procurement coordinated with the packages of work, ensuring the Client requirements are met.

Birmingham BSF - Planning Consultant



The commission was to create a Integrated Design Programme (IDP) which can be used across a number of BSF New build and Refurbishment schemes.



􀂃 Produced 5 Integrated Design Programmes across New Build and Refurbishment school projects.

􀂃 Produced IDP to be used on across a number of schools of varying size and specialist subject fields.

􀂃 Recreate three stages within the BSF plan of works and also aligned with RIBA plan of works.

Ecoscape Agricultural Consultants is a Government (RTA) Approved) consultant company in Dubai.

I got the opportunity to work with them for Irrigation and statutory maintenance of soft/hard landscaping work for below mentioned projects

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

     Make plans, strategy and policy with concern to engineering people inside the company, starting from project measurement up to completion of it. Responsible for the outcome of all my policy that I implemented. Handle Engineering Department of the company. Direct and motivate all engineering personnel starting from their schedule up to their production output everyday. Responsible for the production of people in my department. Do all the biddings and projects awarding to all sub constructors.

Primary Role & Responsibilities:

     In-charge For Over All Project Control, Monitoring & Projects Reports For Engineering Departments Over All Projects.

     Reviewing and approving contractor’s work planning package

     Review & Approved Contractor request for EOT by TIA.

     Create & Develop Constructions Master Programme. That Includes Generation of milestones in the construction stage for inclusion in tender documents via detailed discussions with the Design Manager, Design Team, and other participants.
