There are original schedule, baseline schedule and current schedule.
Prepare weekly & monthly progress reports. Update cost report, Invoice & Cash Flow Forecast and Variation Orders. Prepare and update Earned Value and incorporate in progress reports.
Supervise subcontractor’s planning engineer’s activities.
Implement and supervise site logistics and materials handling.
Participate site coordination meetings with Client and Subcontractor.
Substitute site interface coordinator.

The total estimated volume of structural concrete to be casted in place is 70,000 cubic meters.
Prepared schedule of finishing works for the 3 Substation and 2 Extrusion Buildings.
Monitored progress of work and update the schedule daily & Issued Look Ahead schedule to construction group in weekly basis.

Duties & responsibilities : Assigned as Planning and Scheduling Engineer in Engineering & Design Division, Saudi Electricity Company, Southern Region Branch (SEC-SRB). This Division develops the Scope of Works and Technical Specifications for Transmission Lines & Substations for tendering packages.
My main task was to prepare for implementation the schedule in the development of Scope of Works and Technical Specifications of Transmission Line and Sub Station Projects. The schedule was operated in the SEC web page DEWAN.
I was also assigned to prepare the civil & structural scope of works for substation building, prepare conceptual drawings and evaluate bidder’s technical proposals during pre & post bid stages.
