1.Supervise assigned Infrastructure projects within the area of responsibility. Report weekly project status. Prepare Intervention Plans which will be submitted to the Chief of section.

2.Supervise public Roads and Bridges maintenance. Maintain report of the project status in the designated area.

3.Conduct Route survey, Project Scheduling, Planning and prepare Detailed Engineering for the proposed Community Development and Regular Infrastructure Projects.

4.Prepare Roads and Building Plans and Program of Works for the proposed projects.

1.Maintain and prepare work force projections. Tracking and reporting scope changes, project schedule, and budget. Maintaining and assisting in the preparation of performance measures.

2.Supervise and monitor the activities of design and construction engineers and ensure that supervision works, preparation of contractor’s billings, materials quality control and approval of variation orders and time extensions are in accordance with the approved bidding documents.

1.Prepare report and updates of projects progress.

2.Technical Assistant to the Community Infrastructure project for the social preparation, project implementation and post Implementation stage.

3.Provide Detailed Engineering Design for the prioritized Infrastructure project.

4.On-site supervision on Implemented Water system and Road construction Project.

5.Conducted engineering assessment including cost estimates for the additional community sub-project facilities.

1.Lead Planner for the implemented design and consultancy project.

2.Monitor and track project progress.

3.Prepare monthly report of the contracted project.

4.Maintain and update engineering and procurement schedule using Primavera software.

5.Updating progress thru the progress update module in In-control program.

6.Print In-control report to get the progress & man-hours expended for the current week and update Progress Measurement Plan (PMP) for engineering work packages.

1.Prepared resource scheduling for the proposed projects as part of the detailed engineering design.

2.Prepare bill of quantities/material take-off.

3.Site supervision of ongoing water system and road construction project. Prepare economic analysis for the barangay project proposal.

4.Review and sign building plans for building permit purposes.

1. Planning and scheduling production machine and injection molding based on order.

2. Ensure production output and delivery achievement according to line capacity

and delivery schedule.

3. Calculating tooling capacity

4. Material inventory control.

5. Planning for Material Usage for Production Every Month.

6. Monitoring and Follow Up for Material Requisition.

7. Controlling Input – Output Material, Based on Schedule Production.

8. Data Entry Material to Inventory Software / ERP Software

(Using AS 400 Software).
