1.Lead Planner for the implemented design and consultancy project.
2.Monitor and track project progress.
3.Prepare monthly report of the contracted project.
4.Maintain and update engineering and procurement schedule using Primavera software.
5.Updating progress thru the progress update module in In-control program.
6.Print In-control report to get the progress & man-hours expended for the current week and update Progress Measurement Plan (PMP) for engineering work packages.
7.Updates S-curves, Histograms and Productivity Charts for each discipline work packages
8.Assist in the implementation of project quality management program.
