Ahmad has gained experience in the project management, consulting and contracting of multi-million dollar project in infrastructure and building industry. His responsibilities included project management, construction management, and liaison with internal and external design teams, programming, scheduling (Last planner system (LPS) & Lean Construction), budgeting, cost forecasting and monitoring and earned value analysis (EVA).
