• Overall responsibility of preparing plan for execution & monitoring of adherence of same.

Member of construction logistics team. Responsible for preparing weekly KPI reports and materials coordination & control reports for client. Helped to develop and manage a delivery traffic system to monitor site deliveries and keep traffic flow moving in a just-in-time delivery system. Also prepared site power usage reports, site traffic reports, charts and power points. Deals with contractors/subcontractors on a daily basis. Oversees 3 person team for checking deliveries in and out of site. Manages interns when necessary.

• • Supervised and managed construction of company’s all residential and commercial projects valued USD 10 million leading a team and delivered on time

• Planned and supervised execution of a cluster of buildings valued USD 20 million. Performed quality control for the housing project which used Aluminium shuttering.
• Participated in tendering of USD 10 million project and successfully won the bids.

• Handled the planning department independently for the USD.80 million 43 storey unique shaped tower constructed with rigid combination of structural steel & RCC covering 90,000 m² built up area.

• Established a planning system and led a team of three planners to manage a USD 425 million project, which comprised of 1573 villas and townhouses covering 375,000 m² built up area with peak manpower of 5000 labours.
• Examined, recommended, advised, consented and handled the contractor’s master programmes with 40,000 activities in a single project.
• Strengthened company procedures and MIS reporting templates to match exact project requirements and significantly improved the coordination and communication between all stakeholders.
