I have worked within most sectors of the built environment, currently working on an Oil & Gas projects. The project objectives were to deliver Topsides, Jackets & Bridges. I have also worked on Private housing, Retail outlets, commercial buildings, railways, airports, Events Industry such as the Olympics Games and commodity Infrastructure. I have managed main and sub contractors, designers and consultants, over the past 25 years. I am able to manage/programme the entire project lifecycle (concept to completion) designing and delivering processes.
I have worked in construction since graduating and have developed a solid understanding of initial works and building processes. After being involved in differing aspects, I have now built up four years experience as a planner. I have created fully resourced programmes on many well known large sites across the south west and south east and monitored progress thereafter, highlighting planned Vs actual build. The projects have primarily been reinforced concrete structures and associated groundworks.
I am Rana Ahmad Raza, I'm civil Engineer and I did Engineering from University of Engineering & Technology, Taxila Pakistan. Presently, I'm doing job with Etimaad Engineering (Pvt) Ltd. Etimaad is a premier Project Management, Plant Construction & Maintenance Company.
I have ability to work independently & also as a team member to achieve the deadlines of project, and have good command on primavera P-6 as well as with good presentation skills.
