International Airport Terminal-3 at Delhi, India

Responsible for:

1. World’s Fourth largest Airport complex construction involving nearly 35 Organizations for the specialized job from 14 countries.

2. Directly liaison with the Client VP for the design and schedule related activities of Terminal Building of DIAL.

3. Coordination and conflict resolution of a 35 Vendors team employing nearly 3,000 engineers.

4. 60% Reduction in the time impact of the implementation of Change orders from Client, against the expected time impact.

SITA employed me to manage the plannning associated with the £36M Specialist Systems works at Dublin Airport, Terminal 2. This involved planning of the design, procurement, installation, systems integration, and commissioning & handover phases. Particular attention was paid to the Airport critical systems of CCTV, Access Control, Security Search, and the new US Customs and Border Protection (SITA bespoke system) Baggage Image & Location System.

* Employed in Logistics Department of an international construction company, based at Heathrow Airport, engaged on the Terminal 5 project.

Responsibilities: Spanning a diverse spectrum of activities across the project.

> Supervision of four other administration staff.

> Co-ordination of project-wide daily concrete order requirements for a range of

applications, sourced from up to five on-site batchers, plus two off-site suppliers.

> Recording/monitoring/reporting of bulk materials deliveries.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

     Develop the Quality & Audit Plans in accordance with the contract requirements, Ensure that all project personnel are aware of the Quality requirements and organize training sessions as needed.

     Responsible for the establishment of Quality Control requirements, checklists, documents and method statements.

     Conduct vendors/subcontractors surveillance in accordance with the prescribed QA plan.
