Schedule management lead, working with Arcadis, on the Manchester Airport Transformation Programme. Successfully led a team of 5 planners in developing, managing and maintaining the schedule for the £1.00bn transformation of Manchester Airport: a 15 year programme of work which will increase the airport's passenger and aircraft capacity, while improving the customer and stakeholder experience.

Design Engineer and Project Manager for various aircraft modification tasks. Including secondment to Australia to undertake support for C-130H deeper maintenance programme.

Project Managment of design phase of UKube-1, the first CubeSat for the UK Space Agency. Responsible for scheduling and budget control.

Professor of project management at vaious univeristies, currently at SKEMA Business School. Responsible for managingm directing and update Masters and Doctaoral programmes in project, programme and portfolio management.

Development of the master schedule from the interactive planning stage, responsible for setting up the fully resourced and cost loaded programme and progress monitoring using the Earned Value Analysis. Primavera post office was used to get updates from the project team.
