How to become a delay analyst?

I hope someone can give me advice on what should be my next move to become a delay analyst.

I have been a planner for a number of years (8) with plenty of experience of EOT's and I am also due to graduate next month for a MSc Construction Law & Arbitration (Dissertation was about Delay and Disruption techniques).  This has give me MCIarb letters and was considering doing the APC route for the RICS, however, being a contract planner would be difficult to gain this experience for RICS.

I notice a few planning experts have come from the QS route.  IS this exp

Lost Connections/Missing Persons!

E
Emily Ward 👤 Member for 15 years 5 months

Dear PP Members,

I wondered if someone would be able to help in tracing someone - I have been trying to reach a Planner by the name of Lance Lane (last known abode in Wales). He formerly worked on The Exchange shopping centre in Ilford many moons ago and I am looking to get back in touch with him but have no correct contact details.

Does anyone know Lance? If so, I'd be grateful for news on his whereabouts! His name has come up in conversations recently and a few people are keen to know how he is.

Many thanks,

Canada wide Salary / hourly rates for Intermediate

W
Wasi Raza 👤 Member for 21 years 1 month

Hi guys,

I am new in Canada and not familiar with the ongoing rates for Planners and Schedulers Canada wide. I do know that it varies between provinces with Calgary being the highest. Would anyone be kind enough to post the rough brackets of reasonable salary and hourly rate an intermediate planner with 6+ years of experience can ask for? I am looking for Ontario, BC and Calgary.

Thanks for any help guys :)
