Is there anyone who has experience in building a gas station?
The project is a green filed project, from earth works to last finishing details.
What I am looking for is tips and breakdown structure regarding the time schedule. Usually I am working with delivery of substations and do not have much experience in this field.

I need urgent advice on conversion procedures for conversion of my programme in MSP 2007 to Primavera P7.
I have tried many ways but failed to do successfull conversion.

Viewpoint in my case, the scenario is this, offshore work;
1) EPIC contractor has contracted work for 12 months with owner.
2) EPIC contractor has subcontracted the major item (mechanical equipment) for 8 months to a vendor.
3) Subcontractor for the major item has (mechanical equipment) failed to deliver in 8 months, instead 16 months. a major delay for EPIC contractor.
4) EPIC contractor asked for contract extension and owner agreed, including price adjustment.
5) Owner handed LD to EPIC contractor due to delay as per contract requirements.
What level of schedule is a good practice for Tender or Proposal Schedules? I have been requested to develop a tender/proposal schedule for a bid and they are asking me to include customer milestones and the activities that are linked to these milestones (activities from the engineering, procurement and construction phases). To me this would be like developing a Level 3 Schedule. I think tender or proposal schedules are developed at a Level 1 or Level 2 (executive level; not much detail); once the contract is awarded, then a Level 3 Schedule can be developed.
