Hi guys,
How can I not show a task being splitted when the task is not progressing on schedule in MS project 2016? I used to use Primavera 3.1 and there was an option to remove this "necking". However, I can't seems to find this option in MS project 2016.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

It is easy to output % complete from MS Project however I have not yet managed to find out how to output either:
* Complete through - a value which appears to be only available to the Gantt graphic
* The date circled in the picture below - i.e. where a summary has really got to.
Hi guys
Is anybody can guide me, my project start date & finish date is matching but the duration is not calculating properly , for eg. start date : 20-dec'16, finish date - 19-apr'18 , Duration should come - 474 days, BUT IT IS SHOWING ONLY 453 DAYS.

Hope you guys can help. So I have a schedule in Microsoft Project 2007 and I have a "General Project Management" task which has x amount of hours allocated to it a 1 resource. That task is linked up to the start of the project and we adjust the duration of the task so that is spans the lifecyle of the project. The work hours always stays the same.

I'm looking for a way to keep hide the summary % complete in the percente complete field.

Hi Planners,
Suppose I have 4 days duration activity and the status date is at the end of the second day, the % complete is 75%, this means that only one day remaining which is clear but the bar does not reflect this because the % complete is linked to the actual duration.
How to sort out this and make the actual duration two days and remaining 1 day (in total 3 days)?

Hi everyone. I am new to Planning Planet and have having some issues with MS Project 2016. If somone could respond to these issues I wouild approciate it.
1. I can open two projects at the same time but cannot drag them to different screens. If I save and close one, both will close. If I try to copy a header from one two the other, I have to close page setup from the first before I can open it on the second. I do not have this issue with any other Microsoft products.
