•Planning and controlling multiple engineering projects regarding time, cost, and financial aspects in addition to contract administration. Among these projects are urban planning, transportation & traffic studies, investments development, information systems, etc.
•Producing cost reports from data produced on site for multi-disciplined projects and preparing monthly cost reports.
•Developing an integrated database/Microsoft Project system to monitor the progress of the various projects based on the manpower output, as the department’s projects are extremely manpower intensive.
