•Planning and controlling multiple engineering projects regarding time, cost, and financial aspects in addition to contract administration. Among these projects are urban planning, transportation & traffic studies, investments development, information systems, etc.
•Producing cost reports from data produced on site for multi-disciplined projects and preparing monthly cost reports.
•Developing an integrated database/Microsoft Project system to monitor the progress of the various projects based on the manpower output, as the department’s projects are extremely manpower intensive.
•TQM specialist for "Improvement of Municipal Projects Supervision", a project executed for Ministry of Municipal & Rural Affairs (MOMRA).
•Participating in the upgrading the departments procedures according to ISO standards for various tasks.
•Participating in the appraisal of various bids.
