3. Detail Resource Estimation based on standard productivity norms
4. Resource loading in Primavera (P6) plan
5. Preparation of Weekly, Monthly & Two weeks lookahead to schedule.
6. updating actual progress and all related information & comparison analysis.
7. Preparation of recovery plans
8. Preparation of direct and indirect mobilization schedule.
