Duties included generation, assurance, control & review of budgets, schedules & performance for projects & programs for brownfield work, developments, subsea & new technology groups.

1. Pluto Onshore

·       Provided Planning / Project Controls support

·       Carried out Schedule Reviews and Risk Analysis during the critical construction phase of the Pluto Foundation Project. Conducted Causation and Delay Analysis.

In the role of Systems Officer, I was the Woodside maintenance planning system focal point for all Projects and Technical Changes.  My primary responsibility was to ensure that the project closeout was completed in a timely and cost effective manner and of a high quality through:

·       Development and preparation of procedures and specifications for project groups

Providing a pivotal role in the safe execution of activities offshore, maximising facility resource utilisation while minimising impact to production on Woodside’s flagship offshore Platform. Key deliverables:

Plan SIMOPS with DSV supporting diving activities for subsea tie-ins for second trunk line (TSEP) project

Integrate activity schedules input from Alliance Projects, Offshore Maintenance, Integrated Shutdown, Campaign Maintenance and Production Planners to produce a 120 day operational platform activity plan within concurrent activity and logistic constraints

Responsible for managing the change process for master data in the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and dealing with day to day support issues for all NWS offshore platform and FPSO facilities:

Facilitate the effective use of the SAP PM system to achieve desired business benefits

Working with asset focal points to develop maintenance plans based on RCM and RBI recommendations

Focal point for all offshore projects for maintenance closeout data hand over to Woodside

Lead Planner for site.

Improving and driving Planning process to the business.

Team of Planners reporting to me for Shut/Turnaround, Major Projects and day to day maintenance.

Using tools like SAP and Primavera.

Based on site in Malaysia responsibilities included reviewing the contractor’s construction plan and reports and the development and maintenance of topsides commissioning plan. Tasks included weekly and monthly reporting to site team/head office and overall project management. Development and maintaining the plans in Primavera P5, developing reports for the weekly reporting on progress, ITRs/FTRs and CTP completions, man hours/man power and productivity, Also provide the project management team with ad hoc plans and reports. 

I am experienced in planning, scheduling, Costing and Risk Management. My duties have included, monitoring project progress complying with approved project procedure and schedule. Performing schedule analysis, reviewing and risk assessment in order to meet project target completion dates.

I’m an advanced user of the Primavera P6 project management software with exposure to Microsoft project over my career.
