Developed Welcom's first commercial web-based project management tool. Introduced a new developement environment and successfully released the product on-time and on-budget.
Project Suite Project Manager
Responsible for architectural design, product development and head of development for Welcom Project Suite. Developed an integrated PM framework for the Welcom project suite. Conducted various project management seminars and training classes arond the world through invites from PMI and other established project management organizations.
Responsible for developing product strategy & defining future product direction while continuing
to provide a roadmap for existing user-base. Identified & developed product migration plan for
existing user-base to new Project Suite together with providing enhanced integration with other
Project Management tools.
