Contracted to implement management processes for the control of project deliverables to achieve a crucial deadline on Shell's, Bonga Project (Nigeria). System comprised Wonderware InSql, InTouch and InControl within a system of 12 networked industrial PCs and 30 paired Subsea Control Modules. 

Subsea industry: Project Planner, Bonga NW, Billingstad: Manifolds & Connections Planner/Project Expeditor, BP Skarv, Sandvika

• Reviewing and updating site specific planning procedures

• Creation and maintenance of Kizomba C Controls EPC schedule (Software P5)

• Developing Tender schedules for projects up to £60M

• Advising Management of best practices for Reporting

• Carrying out P3e administration work for other site planners

• Evaluating risk of key projects by the use of Pertmaster

• Updating and maintenance of EPC Project Plans

• Checking Integrity of existing and new schedules

• Providing monthly ETCs and EV data for Project Reporting purposes

• Compiling and updating Project Plans for Subsea Projects, with locations of project ranging from North Sea to Gulf of Mexico.

• Providing weekly schedule information to Project Team (Look aheads for the week and month, and critical path activities)

• Liaising with and assisting Client Reps with Witness points for Testing, ensuring schedule is maintained as per contract specifications.

• Compiling and providing S-Curves for Project Monthly Reports.

• Providing schedule information to EPC planner. Scope of Work was split between UK and US sites.
