• Updating and progress tracking of Baseline schedule, report preparation including for Monthly progress reviews includes preparation of S-curves (Physical), progress summary, Look ahead plan, productivity reports.
• Preparation of KPI dashboards for progress measurement.
• Formation on EPC related SPIs and S-curves and forecasting the risks.
• Preparation of Delay tables, Productivity reports for all skilled categories for performance monitoring and to ensure rig
