Technology Access Community Centers (TACCs) of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Sharkia Governorate, Egypt. Managing three centers hosted at the premises of Sharkia Governorate in Zagazig, the Sharkia Chamber of Commerce in Zagazig, and the 10th of Ramadan Investors Association in 10th of Ramadan city. The project aims at raising awareness of the Internet applications in developing the local rural and remote communities.

Under direct supervision of Country Director / Chief Technical Advisor of Programs; I was responsible for assisting UNOPS in the Programme planning, Programs budgets preparation and Financial Management & Controls set up for the projects across the Afghanistan.
Budgets & Programme Planning
• Programme Management with relation of budget, milestones/targets achieved and comparison with Plan Vs Actual expenditures. • Participate in meetings with donors on EOT claims and budgetary issues. Contracts Management, Cost plans and prepares budget performance reports.
