I have over 16 years in the getechnical field. I specialized in CMT scope. For the past 2 years I have been slowly changing direction. I began 2 years ago as an estimator of civil. Quickly developed into planning. Finally in the last 15 months I have managed the schedule for 6 USC cracking furnaces with W coil coversions and now assist a lead planner for a Debottleneck turnaround at a Olefins Plant. *Reading and understanding contruction drawings.

*Identify and get proper materials, equipment, and personel.

*Material Precurment and control. (Track)

*Equipment rentals and control. (Track)

*Establishing great cummunication between operations, engineering, technical staff, craft personel.

*A planner is the organizer of the project.
