Current Role

Register the project risks and update it on weekly basis

• Check and review the work programs (P6)

• Handle handing over works to ALDAR FM

• Control of retail progress and coordination

• Prepare comprehensive progress reports to Client

• Assess any impact on time and schedule

• Monitor Authorities approvals and requirements

• Monitor material deliveries (E2 log)

Barr Al Jissah Development, Oman

Barr Al Jissah is a mixed development of tourism & real estate set in 124 acre of distinct scenery.

Tourism development consist of three five star hotels having 680 luxurious rooms, lounge, Shopping mall, Spa, Six restaurants, Private beaches & Dive centre.

Real estate development consist of 72 no 4 bedroom Townhouse & 6 bedroom Villas, Crystal Villa, Marina development having 68 apartments & 14 townhouses.

Responsibilities:

Preparing & monitoring Master Project Plan for development.

Project Management Control Systems Manager

assist in preparing master schedule,

review time schedule submitted by the contractor.

monitor progress of th project against baseline schedule,

review and analyze reports submitted by the contractor.

prepare reports to the client

assist in valuation of EOT submitted by the contractor

As one of the first employees in India, handled project controls functions independently for large scale residential housing projects and participated in setting up company functions.
