Responsibilities:
Preparing & monitoring Master Project Plan for development.
Preparing & Monitoring Level 1, 2 & 3 schedules for individual projects using Primavera P6.
Coordinating with Client/Architect/Design Consultant/Contractor during different stages of project life cycle.
Conducting/Attending design review & weekly progress review Meetings.
Reviewing/Approving Contractor’s construction schedule.
Monitoring Contractors Materials Submittals and Procurement Log.
Reviewing/Commenting Contractor’s Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports.
Generating Executive summary schedule & preparing progress reports for management/Client.
Analyzing Contractor’s EOT & Delay claims.
Member - Snagging team for final acceptance of Civil & Arch. Works of five star Residences
