Dar Al-Arkan Program Management Project
•Acting at the Core Team for supervising the planning and control activities of various Dar Al-Arkan real estate projects such as:
Al Qasr Development Project (453,000,000 US$, 977,000m2, Residential) , Al Tilal Project - Phase 1 (77,000,000 US$, 161,000m2, Residential), and Shams ArRiyadh Project (269,000,000 US$, 2,860,000m2, Infrastructure).
•Revision of cost-loaded schedules submitted by contractors.
•Preparation of Dar Al-Arkan Five Year Plan (about 10 Billion US$).
