Lead Planner - Subsurface Railway (SSR) Project

Working within the Major projects directorate (PMU Major Stations Upgrade) and supporting the delivery of key capital projects; - Responsibilities include:

§  Support to Project Managers for the review and regular update of Programme plans.

§  Undertake periodic reporting in line with customer/contractual needs and corporate/functional requirements, including provision of data and reports on KPIs, resource utilisation, project progress etc. for inclusion in MPD consolidated reporting

• Improved a scope management tool to raise non-conformance reports, risks, issues, change and configuration requests; alongside planning and executing OJEU process for TfL PMO framework;
• Strategically established, developed, standardised, maintained and improved project controls processes;
• Supported the PMO and Project Direction through owning the KPI and management reporting functions;
• Led steering groups and workshops, and gained stakeholder buy-in through delivering initiatives.

Project Controls Systems Manager

- Planning and scheduling support and guidance

- Management, administration and maintenance of Primavera P6

- Training project management professionals including Earned Value and Critical Path Analysis

- Evaluation of Project Controls systems

- Implementation of Project Control processes
