1.    HURL Fertilizer  Proposal for Gorakhpur/ Sindri/ Barauni Project: LEPCC Duration: 36 Months

Proposal planning as per ITB, GCC, SCC and contract documents

• Preparing of Project Master Schedule by co-coordinating with all department like Engineering, Procurement & Construction.
• Prepare & updating L2, L3 Schedule for Project using PRIMAVERA Software.
• Development & updating of S-Curve for engineering, Procurement & Construction.
• Preparing Detail Construction Schedule level-4.
• Preparation Internal weekly MIS reports which gives the quantitative progress of Engineering Deliverables, Procurement, overall progress, milestone achievement and critical issues.

Current Role

Project Engineer for various EPCC contracts that were executed by the Company. Notably ones are first LNG plant in India, expansion of Proctor and Gamble plant and Grass Root Fertilizer plant at Chambal – India and a refinery expansion (CDU unit Indian Oil Corporation Limited plant in India).



     Engineering Coordinator for all the projects listed above.

     Ensuring that the detail design is inline with Contract Specification.

     Contract administration.
