-     Demonstrate to client and Consultant on the planning work.

-     Establish standard and format for monthly payment application.

In-charge for the project’s preparation of Master and Work Programs incorporating all the resources including budget particulars, progress evaluation and forecast, provide and deliberate monthly management level reports, delegate tasks and assist the Project Control Team in scheduling and technical matters, submit proposal and summarized plan of action to achieve targets
