My professional background is in the data network and Telco space.  Project work began around 2000 with my first experience of dedicated scheduling tools in 2008 in Project Coordination work for Nexgen Networks.  Scheduling for large, complex programs began with the Birchman group in 2009.

My engagement at Telstra (as a Terra Firma Senior Business Consultant) has involved rebuilding the existing MS Project schedule  using 'maps' drawn in MS Visio to visually represent the task dependencies.  While maintaining the schedule I've also worked on project financials to ensure compliance with NBN contracts.

Within Terra Firma I received intensive training enabling me to deliver MS Project training to other staff members.  I have also updated the training materials under the supervision of the Senior Project Controls Lead.
