Involved in the realization/revamping of a pharmaceutical plant (foreseen duration 12 months). In charge for planning, analysis and tracking of the project schedule (engineering, procurement and construction), weekly/monthly reporting to Head Office and Project Manager. Client: ANTIBIOTICOS

Involved in the realization of a Polypropylene plant (foreseen duration 2 years). In charge for planning, analysis and tracking of the project schedule (engineering, procurement and construction), weekly/monthly reporting to Head Office and Project Manager (Cost Control, Construction Progress, etc.). Other main duties consist in local network management and creation of internal software (using Visual Basic and/or Access/Excel) for the project management. Client: HELLENIC PETROLEUM

Involved in the realization of a Polypropylene plant (foreseen duration 18 months). In charge for planning, analysis and tracking of the project schedule (engineering, procurement and construction), site cost control, weekly/monthly reporting to Head Office and Project Manager, local network management. Client: MONTELL (Joint-venture SHELL/MONTEDISON)

Involved in the realization of a LPG (Liquid Propane Gas) production plant (foreseen duration 23 months). In charge for the realization of the project schedule (engineering, procurement and construction), weekly and monthly reporting to Head Office and Project Manager.
