Create schedule and establishing baselines by identifying scope and work break down (WBS) in concert with Project manager and the project team and develop the project execution plan for control and integrity, as defined by the contract.
Developing detailed project schedule (L2 & L3) with real logic network and track progress.
Indulge in resource planning and monitoring.
Create design schedule / deliverable template and track progress.
Leading role of Project controls engineer including Maintain Project schedule, review, analysis, EVM, suggest critial areas to project for timely corrective action. This role also includes project coordination with various internal departments.
During this role, i also learn various planning tools and attnded Primavera training P3 and then P6. Various other training on cost controls and Risk managment has been attended.
