Assigned as a Deputy Project Director by STFA since they are in JV with CANAr Contracting Co. Appointed to resolve the problems the job site was facing and managed the progress of the Civil, electromechanical and finsihing works. Also managed good relashionship with the Owner and the Consultant. Got the job moving with a substantial progress and participated in the Contractual related issues on site.

Coordinates implementation/administration of new contracts and coordinates administration of existing contracts; provides input and solutions for resolution of contractual issues.Negotiates financial and operation issues with providers and practitioners for the development and implementation of often complex contracts. Manage and facilitate various aspects of the contract process, including the contracts management application and other business applications.
