Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, my functions include contract administration, interpretation and documentation; technical coordination/contractual communications with Clients, Consultants and Contractors; preparation of miscellaneous tender documents/bill of materials/quantity take-off; cost analysis; procurement; project status monitoring; valuation of works; variation orders/change orders initiation; formulation/development and implementation of project rules, policies and miscellaneous Contract Conditions; commercial & close-out management in relation to contractual

1.      Coordinate information for creating a unique Program.

2.      Preparation of Project Budget & Calculation of detailed man-hours, machine hours.

3.      Preparation of Cash Flow.

4.      Updating Progress of Work.

5.      Preparation of recovery program to catch up delays.

6.      Preparation of short term of detailed schedule base on baseline schedule.
